KEBE proud partner of the European research project EEETHOS

INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY AT THE HEART OF  KEBE!

We were honored to welcome the researchers and partners of the European research project EEETHOS (Energy Efficiency and Electrification Technologies for Heat Flow Optimization in Process Industries) to our facilities, as part of the project’s second in-person consortium meeting.

Funded by the Horizon Europe programme, EEETHOS aims to decarbonize industrial thermal processes by developing and demonstrating cutting-edge heat technologies, such as:

✅ High-temperature heat pumps for steam generation up to 200 °C
✅ Brayton cycle heat pumps reaching up to 300 °C
✅ Solutions for industrial drying and heating applications

These innovations are expected to deliver energy savings of 43% to 86%, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the use of local renewable energy sources.

KEBE is proudly participating as one of the 19 project partners from 9 European countries, showcasing the strength of the Greek industrial sector in advancing sustainable solutions. The consortium’s visit to our production site was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and share our commitment to sustainable practices in manufacturing.

Guided by our vision for a cleaner and more sustainable future, we continue to invest in green technologies and responsible operations.
