March Highlights: Expertise, Knowledge Sharing & Social Engagement
In March, our company actively reinforced its commitment to continuous learning, knowledge transfer, social responsibility, and strengthening connections with the professional community through a series of initiatives that combined technical excellence with human engagement.
At the center of these initiatives were three specialized technical workshops on “Masonry with ORTHOBLOCK & PLUS Vertical Hole Bricks – Construction Benefits & Technical Guidelines”. The workshops targeted engineers, contractors, and masons, and were held at selected locations: Alexandria, Imathia (partner store), Kozani (Koventareios Municipal Library), and a partner store in Karditsa. With around 80 participants in total, and a combination of theoretical presentations and hands-on demonstrations, the initiative addressed the need for up-to-date technical knowledge and construction best practices.
At the same time, the HR department actively participated in two major Career Days in Thessaloniki — DYPA and kariera.gr — where our presence exceeded the typical engagement. With high visitor interest, meaningful discussions with young professionals and candidates took place, highlighting career opportunities, the collaborative culture we foster, and our investment in lifelong professional development. These interactions showcased the human side of our company and strengthened our network with talented individuals seeking a dynamic career path.
Additionally, the company made a donation to the Special Primary and Nursery School of Alexandroupolis, supporting the students’ needs and promoting social responsibility, which is a core pillar of our corporate philosophy.
The March initiatives clearly reflect our strategic approach: continuous training focused on quality and innovation, social contribution, and ongoing engagement with the community of professionals and future talents. In this spirit, we continue to invest in people, expertise, and values that contribute to a better and more competitive work and construction environment.
